Admission is not required to visit the Museum Store or MSV Tea Room.

The MSV campus includes three components: The Glen Burnie Historic House, six acres of gardens surrounding the historic house, and the new Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. A variety of ticket options are available. You can purchase a combination ticket to tour the entire site or purchase tickets for touring just the house and gardens or the museum.

The house and gardens are open seasonally March through November and the museum is open year-round. All are open Tuesday-Sunday and are closed Monday and on major holidays. In addition to the standard Monday closings, the museum will be closed on the following days:

  •  Tuesday, December 25, 2007
  •  Tuesday, January 1, 2008
